Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within India only.
Orders are delivered through trusted third-party courier partners.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
* Metro & Tier-1 cities: 3–6 business days
* Other locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website and are subject to applicable terms.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Desi Vybe is not responsible for delays caused by:
* courier partners
* natural events
* strikes or government restrictions
* incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
We will, however, assist in coordinating with the courier wherever possible.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the package and product.

We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action in line with our Refund Policy.
